Spring Break is right around the corner.
Everyone wants to look their best and you can tell because the gym is full and the tanning beds are crowded.
All this preparation before Spring Break can be pointless the moment we are on the beach. Lets face it, sometimes the beach can be rough on our looks.
Here are some things to do to make sure you look your best at the beach.
1. A week before the beach be sure to drink plenty of water. This will clear up your skin and make wearing no make up easy.
2. Before going out on the beach do some squats and crunches. This will tighten up your bod and give you a little boost of confidence.
3. Always pack a brush and hair-band.
4. Bring your sunscreen! Safety first!
5. Mix bronzer with your sunscreen or oil. This will help eliminate any stretch marks or cellulite.
6. Water-proof mascara. Nothing else on your face or you will be scary looking!
7. Bring a spray bottle with water and conditioner in it. Spray it in your hair randomly as you sun bath and it will help keep frizzes away.
8. Every girl needs a cute summer dress to cover up. Might be needed after sun bathing hunger kicks in and the bloat comes on.
9. Enjoy the view and laugh with friends! A smile looks amazing on everyone!

Whole Grains

Whole Grains are a miracle to any diet! Whole grains help with weight control! High-fiber foods are digested more slowly, making you less hungry at the following meal.
It is important to not just incorporate Grain foods into your meal but replace your breads and pastas with whole-grain products. Just adding whole-grains will make you gain weight since they are high in calories.

Along with a whole-grain diet, it is important to incorporate cardio into your daily routine.
"But I don't have time to workout!"
There is always time to workout. If your schedule is ridiculously crazy simply wake up an extra 15 minutes in the morning and go for a fast walk around the block.

Whole-grain diet will not help you lose weight if you do not work-out.
